Using this feature LeadPro 24|7 customers can import the sales leads and email subscriber details directly from email messages received from third party Web Publishers, Lead Generators, corporate web sites and other sources. However, please note that the Email Parsing option should be used only when all other landing page / lead capture integration options are exhausted. Also, if emails are formatted in complex HTML layout, the automatic email parsing will not work. Text based emails with simple formatting and labels will work great.

Generally customers receive sales leads and email subscriptions from various sources such as company web sites, third party lead generation web sites and web publishers advertising their products or services. Many of the third party sources typically send the lead / sign-up information via formatted email messages for immediate use.
In such cases, the users have to either re-enter the sales lead or subscription data manually into the system or write interfaces. There is a possibility of making errors while feeding the data manually. All these can be avoided by using the in-built Email Parser feature of LeadPro 24|7 email marketing and sales lead management service.
Setting up Email Parsing
It takes a few minutes and clicks to setup the Email Parsing feature in LeadPro 24|7. Once a Email Subscription List or a Lead Journal is selected, a sample email message can be pasted into the setup window. The data / parameters to be taken from the email message is defined by specifying the starting tag and end text tag. The system extracts the data from the sample email and displays the results for the user on screen. This feature helps to validate the parser definition. LeadPro 24|7 also provides a unique email address (ID) for each customer, so that the incoming email messages can be directed to that email box.
Once the email parser is setup, the system polls the email box at frequent intervals, extracts the data from the email messages, and imports it to the respective email list or sales lead journal specified during the setup process.
Multiple Parsers per Lead Journal / Email List
Each subscription email list can receive data from any number of email streams. Any number of parsers can be defined for each email subscriber list in LeadPro 24|7.
